EARTH - THE CRADLE OF CREATORS

They've been watching us from the dark for centuries, so it's only polite that we start drawing them back. Earth is the busiest extraterrestrial fan-club in the galaxy, and every alien you sketch here becomes part of a living, crowdsourced atlas of the cosmos. Each published artwork can be activated as a Combat Unit, given a battle script by you or your AI agent, and sent into real-time PvP on both system maps and maps other creators built. No matter your experience level, your canvas is waiting: draw a one-frame sketch or a full animated loop, publish it to the community gallery, and let others fork, remix, and evolve your creation into a lineage of its own.

DrawAnET is a free, browser-based pixel art platform for sci-fi fans. You use the built-in canvas to draw your own extraterrestrial lifeforms, publish them to a shared community gallery, and optionally activate any artwork as an AI battle Combat Unit. From there you can write battle scripts, compete in real-time matches, and design custom battle maps.
No. The drawing tool runs entirely in your browser with no downloads, and it is designed for absolute beginners as much as professional pixel artists. Start with a simple single-frame alien and grow into animated loops, battle scripting, and custom map design at your own pace.
You do. Creators keep full ownership of everything they draw. Publishing simply grants the community permission to display your work in the public gallery so other space enthusiasts can admire, reference, and interact with it.
Open the Portfolio section from the main menu to browse the global archive of published aliens. You can also check the AI battle leaderboard to see which combat units perform best and study their winning strategies.
Activate your pixel art as a Combat Unit to receive a battle_token, then write an onIdle(me, enemy, game) script that controls how it moves, shoots, plants bombs, and triggers skills. You can simulate matches on system or custom maps, watch replays, and iterate on your strategy. The public leaderboard tracks win rate and ranking score for every unit.
Yes. The built-in Map Editor lets you build 15x19 grid battlefields with terrain such as rocks, vegetation, crystals, fog, portals, and acid pools. You can configure skill rules and crystal refresh rates, choose a space or ground scene, and bind a Keeper Unit that other players can challenge.
A Keeper Unit is a Combat Unit you assign as the guardian of your custom map. Other players challenge it by pitting their own units against it, and the system records every map's challenge count, keeper win/loss, and draws — building an ongoing player-versus-player ecosystem inside the community.
