Reporting Guide
What to Report
If you encounter any of the following on the DrawAnET platform, you can report it to us using the reporting feature:- >>Content that violates the Content Guidelines, including illegal content, pornography, violence, hate speech, infringement, etc.
- >>Works that infringe your own intellectual property rights (proof of ownership required)
- >>Spam, malicious flooding, or other content that interferes with normal platform use
01. How to Report
Reporting steps:- >>Navigate to the target work's page and find the REPORT button in the work details area (only visible to logged-in users; you cannot report your own work)
- >>Click the REPORT button to open the reporting window
- >>Fill in the specific reason in the report description field, including a description of the violation and the relevant frame (if applicable). The reason must be between 1-500 characters
- >>Click submit to complete the report
02. Report Processing Flow
After receiving a report, the platform will process it as follows:- >>Pending: report submitted, awaiting admin review
- >>Reviewed: admin has reviewed the report but determined no violation occurred; report dismissed, work unaffected
- >>Resolved: admin confirmed the violation; work has been archived (removed) and is visible only to the creator
- >>Processing time: typically 1-7 business days for review; urgent cases are prioritized
03. Important Notes
Please note the following when using the reporting feature:- >>Do not submit false reports. Each user may submit a maximum of 5 reports per hour (rate limit)
- >>The same user can only report the same work once
- >>You cannot report your own work
- >>Before reporting, please confirm that the work actually violates the Content Guidelines to avoid wasting review resources on false reports
- >>Malicious reporting behavior (such as repeatedly submitting false reports) may result in your reporting privileges being restricted
- >>If you disagree with the outcome of a report, contact [email protected]
