Scope and Age Restriction

These Terms apply to the DrawAnET platform. You represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years of age. If you are under 13, please do not use the Service.By using the Service, minors confirm that their legal guardian has agreed to these Terms.You may register a dedicated account for the Service or log in using your Google account. When logging in with a Google account, you must also comply with Google's Terms of Service (https://policies.google.com/terms) and Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy). We are not liable for losses caused by Google service changes, termination, or data loss, to the extent reasonably controllable.

01. Service Description and Changes

DrawAnET is committed to providing pixel art animation creation and sharing services. We will strive to maintain service stability and availability, but make no guarantees regarding service availability.We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Service (or any part thereof) at any time. We will notify users of major changes via website announcement or email at least 30 days in advance. If immediate changes are required for urgent security reasons, we will provide reasonable notice.Users may stop using the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable data export assistance upon request (within technical feasibility).

02. User-Generated Content and Reporting

DrawAnET is a technology platform and does not proactively review user-uploaded content. Users are solely responsible for the content they upload. Publishing works constitutes agreement to comply with the Content Guidelines.We strictly adhere to the notice-and-takedown principle. If you find any infringing or illegal content on the platform, you can submit a report via the reporting feature. See the Reporting Guide for details, or contact us via the email below.Upon receiving a valid notice that meets legal requirements, we will verify and process it within a reasonable time. Reports must include: a clear description of the infringing content, your contact information, and proof of ownership or authorization. We reserve the right to disregard reports lacking this information.

03. Intellectual Property and License

Users retain full copyright in the works they create.By publishing a work, users grant the platform a limited license: for the duration of the Service, to display the work within the Service's interfaces for the purpose of showcasing and distributing Service content. This license is non-exclusive, revocable, and limited to what is necessary for service operation.The platform's UI, logo, domain name, and source code belong to DrawAnET. No one may copy, modify, or use them without authorization.

04. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data loss, or business interruption.We are not liable for damages caused by: (1) your use of the Service in violation of these Terms; (2) third-party conduct (including other users' content or behavior); (3) force majeure events; (4) reasonable service interruptions for maintenance, upgrades, or security needs.Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have actually paid us (if any) during your use of the Service; if no payment was made, liability is capped at a reasonable symbolic amount.

05. Service Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. Account deletion requests can be submitted via the contact email, and we will process them within a reasonable time.We may terminate your account with prior notice, or immediately without notice if you materially breach these Terms.After termination, your content rights will be handled in accordance with Section 3 of this Agreement. After account deletion, we will delete your personal data to the extent technically feasible.

06. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may choose the following dispute resolution methods:(1) Submit to the competent People's Court in Foshan, Guangdong Province, China; or(2) Submit to the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA) for arbitration in accordance with its then-effective arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, the People's Republic of China. The arbitration language shall be Chinese. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties.If you are an individual consumer (as defined by applicable law at the time of the dispute), you may independently choose either of the above methods.

07. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Mandatory consumer protection laws apply to the fullest extent that they protect your rights as a consumer.
